IGF 2023 Youth Track

Ms. Alexandra Montenegro co-coordinates the Panama Youth IGF, as designated by the multistakeholder organizing committee.

Mr. João Martins is a member of the Portugal IGF multistakeholder organizing committee, which has a youth-focused component, and participates in the Track as designated by the multistakeholder organizing committee.

Mr. Tariq Mohammed coordinates the Caribbean Youth IGF, as designated by the multistakeholder organizing committee.

Ms. Emili Khachatryan is a member of the Council of Europe Advisory Council on Youth.

Ms. Duaa Albalawi is a designated representative of the IGF 2024 Host Country. She serves as a liaison between the Youth Track and the Host Country team.

Mr. Athanase BAHIZIRE is a co-coordinator of the Youth IGF of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, as delegated by the multistakeholder organizing committee. 

Ms. Eva NCHO-HIE coordinates youth activities with the Ivory Coast IGF.  

Ms. Millenium Anthony coordinates youth activities at Tanzania IGF, as designated by the multistakeholder organizing committee.

Ms. Pyrate Ruby Passell is co-chairing the IGF The Dynamic Teen Coalition. 

Ms. Denise Leal is a member of the Youth Coalition on Internet Governance (YCIG) multistakeholder organizing committee.

Mr. Bhubon Faisal Ahmed coordinates the Bangladesh Youth IGF as designated by the multistakeholder organizing committee. 

Ms. Saba Tiku is an active member of the youth community from Ethiopia. 

Mr. Ananda Gautam coordinates the Nepal Youth IGF as designated by the multistakeholder organizing committee. 

Mr. Josaphat Tjiho coordinates the Namibia IGF and its youth programme, as designated by the multistakeholder organizing committee.

Ms. Cristina Morales is an IGF community member from Nicaragua who actively supports youth engagement activities. 

Mr. Keith Andere coordinates the African Youth IGF, as designated by the multistakeholder organizing committee.

Ms. Dorijn Boogaard coordinates The Netherlands IGF, which has a youth-focused component, as designated by the multistakeholder organizing committee.

Ms. Thoko Miya is an IGF community member from South Africa who actively supports youth engagement activities. She is a member of the board of the South Africa Internet Society chapter.

Ms. Ines Hfaiedh is an IGF community member from Tunisia who actively supports youth engagement activities.

Mr. Foldestine Paye coordinates the youth programme of the Liberia IGF as designated by the multistakeholder organizing committee. 

Ms. Afi Edoh coordinates the Togo Youth IGF, as designated by the multistakeholder organizing committee.

Ms. Leena Devi Boodhoo coordinates the Mauritius Youth IGF, as designated by the multistakeholder organizing committee.

The Secretariat of the IGF is part of the organizing group of the IGF youth track.

The Youth IGF Movement is a capacity development initiative of international scope which supports the IGF youth track.

Mr. Nicolas Fiumarelli coordinates the Uruguay Youth IGF, as designated by the multistakeholder organizing committee.

Mr. Daniele Turra coordinates the Italian Youth IGF, as designated by the multistakeholder organizing committee.

Ms. Phyo Thiri L. coordinates the Myanmar Youth IGF, as designated by the multistakeholder organizing committee.

Mr. Umut Pajaro Velasquez coordinates the Latin American Youth IGF (Youth LACIGF), as designated by the multistakeholder organizing committee.

Ms. Ihita Gangavarapu coordinates the India Youth IGF, as designated by the multistakeholder organizing committee.
