Biography
Robert is a male Ugandan, currently employed by Kyambogo University as an IT Technician/Website Assistant; he holds a Bachelors Degree (Second Class Upper Division), with a professional course in Cisco Certified Network Associate from Makerere University. He is a member Internet Society(ISOC), he completed Advanced Certificate in Cyber Security, Diplomacy, Internet Governance, Internet Property Rights and ICT Policy with Diplo Foundation, he also have a Certificate in E-Government awarded by the United Nations Public Administration Network(UNPAN), Robert is a Fellow of the Cisco Certified Network professionals; I have seven years hands on working experience in Finance Trust Bank and knowledgeable with the Micro Finance Deposit Institutions Act (MDI) and EQUINOX banking system.
Robert's personal competencies match this position as a Resource person in IGF, because he is a results-oriented person with strong Internet Governance background, Administrative Training, organizational, interpersonal and excellent written and spoken communication skills. He also has the ability to work under tight deadlines, while remaining flexible and positive in a changing and multi-disciplinary environment.
