    1. How are AI policy frameworks and standards being developed in a consultative manner to ensure inclusivity and protect digital sovereignty
    2. How are AI policies and practices being evaluated, assessed, and monitored to ensure ethical practices are being followed with clear accountability
    3. What role can policymakers take to minimize unethical behaviors that are targeting children, young people, and vulnerable groups through dynamic threats and exploitation through social media, toxic gaming, and unethical AI practices

    What will participants gain from attending this session? 1. Raise awareness of innovative practices that are being deployed globally to proactively understand and flag the risks of emerging technologies to society
    2. Highlight and showcase innovative steps, policies and frameworks that are being developed to increase governance to stop unethical behaviours that will protect human rights and safe engagement in the digital age while this will also improve the awareness to best practices to improve digital governance we want to see in the internet
    3. Provide insights and opportunities for other stakeholders to localize and replicate programs that are being implemented to drive inclusive human resilience in the digital age

    Description:

    The session will be organized providing deducted time for Q&A after each panelist to ensure full participation in the exchange of knowledge after each speaker.

    The discussions will focus on current challenges
    1. Highlighting the current challenges in balancing the benefits vs risks to society at large vs negative consequences that are accelerating conflict and differences
    2. Case studies will be given by the speakers that highlight how emerging technologies have been introduced into society with little to no consideration of the lack of governance and unethical behaviour being promoted
    3. Insights will be provided from a country context of what is being done to build sustainable inclusive human resilience in the digital and AI age

    Expected Outcomes

    1. Increased awareness of current international working groups addressing all aspects of AI policy and framework development, along with access to participate
    2. Raise awareness of innovative practices that are being deployed globally to proactively understand and flag the risks of emerging technologies to society
    3. Highlight and showcase innovative steps, policies, and frameworks that are being developed to increase governance to stop unethical behaviours that will protect human rights and safe engagement in the digital age
    4. Provide insights and opportunities for other stakeholders to localize and replicate programs that are being implemented to drive inclusive human resilience in the digital age

    Hybrid Format: We will designate an online moderator to ensure that the facilitator is fully aware of the participant's areas of interest, experience, and questions. The group chat for the online participants will be projected in a conference room to ensure the online participants can see what is being discussed

    By ensuring that the optimum experience will be managed through careful time management of the speakers' presentations and encouraging a wide variety of people to participate
