Format description: The way by round table is better to show the equal relationship between participants and promotes thinking and interaction. Since the topic of AI has been discussed in a wide range, and AI governance reflects the perception of its risks by groups of different backgrounds, this forum aims to guide and inspire, and it’s more effective to be within 60 minutes.
1. How should we define "artificial intelligence", incorporate it into the statistical calculation system and legal regulation system, and determine how to establish a trustworthy artificial intelligence system based on this?
2. What are the least acceptable risks in AI applications from global perspective, what principles should establish to address such risks?
3. AI governance is closely related to data governance, many rules have introduced to promote trustworthiness. Therefore, in the evolution of trustworthiness from data to AI, how to adjust data governance rules to promote the development of AI, obtain sufficient data while maintaining the foundation of trust?
What will participants gain from attending this session? 1. Understand the concept, risks and also the development gap among countries;
2. Understand the importance of concerted action on AI governance globally;
3. Discuss the relationship between AI governance and data governance.
Description:
To seize a safe, reliable and trustworthy artificial intelligence system, we must build a governance system that adapts to the development of artificial intelligence, eliminate obstacles to the development of artificial intelligence, and prevent unpredictable risks brought by artificial intelligence. In this regard, it is necessary to build a global understanding framework and normative guidelines to promote unified and collaborative positive actions in AI governance around the world.
1. Artificial Intelligence governance Proposal. According to the national AI policy objectives and institutional foundation, combined with the discussion of the conference, the governance suggestions are put forward to policy makers and AI practitioners;
2. Artificial Intelligence compliance trust special action. Give full play to the practical power of legal services, promote AI governance compliance through clear and explicit action plans, and promote AI transparency and credibility.
Hybrid Format: 1. In order to promote the interaction between live and online speakers and the attendees, we will introduce the "speed matching" mode, reserve time for one-to-one exchanges between the live audience or online audience and randomly designated speakers; Set up a Q&A session to encourage the audience to participate in questions and discussions.
2. In order to ensure the best possible experience for all participants, we will prepare and distribute discussion outlines, core issues, and relevant cases before the forum, organize pre-discussion by using social media and other tools; During the forum, mechanisms such as topic interruption, temporary motion, and overtime voting will be introduced to promote the pertinence and depth of forum discussions.
