    Policy Question(s)

Assessing Internet governance approaches and mechanisms and fostering inclusiveness: What are the main strengths and weaknesses of existing Internet governance approaches and mechanisms? What can be done, and by whom, to foster more inclusive Internet governance at the national, regional and international levels?
Governance and cooperation for an evolving Internet: How does Internet governance need to change in order to meet the changing nature and role of the Internet? What tools, mechanisms, and capacity building instruments are needed for stakeholders to effectively cooperate, and engage in Internet governance?

The workshops relate to issues related to the accessibility of culture for nationals and foreigners through multi-learning. From a political point of view, the use of the Internet in such tools raises the level of knowledge and accessibility of culture in the country's society and potentially among foreigners.

    SDGs

    4.1
    4.5

Targets: The multilerning tool presented during the workshop, created in the Interactive Spherical Film (ISF) technology, allows for effective acquisition of knowledge by children and adults and eliminates barriers for the disabled and retired.

    Description:

In the workshop, we would like to present and use the Interactive Spherical Film (ISF) technology created especially for the museum ship "Dar Pomorza" belonging to the National Maritime Museum in Gdańsk. It is a modern online tool supporting learning, leveling substantive inequalities in society based on the place of residence. We will talk about a virtual and interactive tool thanks to which the Internet gains in importance other than entertainment. We develop our technologies towards multi-learning - a multi-person interactive session, which gives cognitive potential for more people at the same time - the Internet will allow us to assess the substantive progress of participants, which will significantly affect the didactic value of the presented material.

    Expected Outcomes

The online multilerning tool presented at the workshop has already been implemented on the museum ship "Dar Pomorza" belonging to the National Maritime Museum in Gdańsk. This type of global interactive remote learning tools can be created for many other museums and cultural monuments located in Poland and other countries of the world.

On-site participants will have access to VR goggles and monitors. On-line participants will have access to the presentation via VR goggles (if they have any) or will see the entire presentation on their monitor.
