    Speakers have experience in the following fields: -Civil society -Government -Private sector -Technical Community -International Organization. Stakeholders will be able to drive debates in: Political aspects of Internet Governance; Cultural aspects; Technical aspects; Economic aspects.

    The purpose of this workshop is to evaluate the level of stakeholder involvement in the Internet Governance Forums and implemented in the francophone Africa countries, in relation with WSIS in 2005 in Tunis. This Session will present the overall evolution of Internet governance and stakeholder involvement as well as the current context and impact of ICT policies and prospects for strengthening.

    Speaker will be briefed on the intervention time. The duration of each intervention will be indicated before starting of the session and the Moderator shall ensure that the relationship between duration offline and duration online.

    The workshop aims to respond to the definition of Internet governance and the political and cultural realities that are required for each country. The session will bring back to date a real assessment of the evolution of Internet governance according to the realities.
