The following questions will be proposed as drivers of each panelist's intervention in order to stimulate the discussion:

    - how multistakeholder collaborative to manage digital literacy movement comprehensively?
    - how multistakeholder arrangements can be incorporated into national policy development process of the child online protection?
    - how to balance between the needed of international treaty with the immediate multistakeholder action to do action?

    Diversity

The session will be diverse in a number of ways by bring together organisations and speakers from the perspectives of multistakeholder. The discussants are from national government agency, regional multilateral organisation, intergovernmental agency, civil society and academia.

Society are also growing increasingly aware of the danger that fake news pose, as both printed and digital media have continued to highlight the issue throughout the year, and the society is currently in the process of learning to become critical of the information that they receive through social media and messaging applications. However, these hopeful developments will not be of much significance if digital media literacy remains to be unevenly spread throughout the world, which is magnified by the poorly-reformed education systems that have deprived a major part of the society from the critical technological skills required in the modern day.

Moderator will provide opening about the main subject: the importance of digital literacy and multistakeholder collaboration. After that, each speaker will have 5-7 minutes for giving their perspective on the matter. Then the moderator will invite participants to articulate their opinions or concerns and the panelists will respond these questions. Remaining time should be used for on going interaction within the round table and closing remarks.

Hoax, hate speech, digital radicalism, cyber bullying, pornography, and many other negative contents are appeared to be other rising challenges for Indonesia amidst the growing digital society. The solution is undoubtedly demanded from multi-backgrounds sectors to minimize these contents. From the government side, the solution is nonetheless related to the importance to create and adopt a systematic national movement to endorse the positive usage of the Internet. Meanwhile, the national movement on digital literacy must be supported by academicians, business sectors, and of course communities.

This year, these stakeholders (government of Indonesia, academics, business sectors, and communities) reached an agreement in creating collaboration namely “SiBerkreasi”, a comprehensive, massive, and sustainable movement on digital literacy. It is expected to be the umbrella of the community-based and grass root level movement all around Indonesia. There are four main activities of Siberkreasi: collaborative engagement, curriculum development, community empowerment, and cyber governance. So far, more than 60 national level institutions and communities work together in this national movement. It can be said that Siberkreasi is the biggest and the most comprehensive voluntary collaboration on digital literacy, at least, in Southeast Asia.
