H.E. Ms. Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet

Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet (b. May 15, 1973 in Paris) is a French politician, current Minister of State to the Prime Minister, with responsibility for Forward Planning, Assessment of Public Policies and Development of the Digital Economy in the French government.
She was a member (2002-2007) of French National Assembly representing the department of Essonne, to the south of Paris. She is a member of the Union for a Popular Movement group. She is also the mayor of Longjumeau (Essonne) since March 2008.
Although close to Jacques Chirac throughout his presidency, she is a strong advocate of green issues, and can be described as a part of the "blue ecologists" group.
She graduated from the École Polytechnique and the Collège des Ingénieurs.

Member of the National Assembly of France for Essonne : 2002-2007 (Became secretary of State in 2007). Elected in 2002, reelected in 2007.
Regional councillor of Ile-de-France : Since 2004.
Mayor of Longjumeau : Since 2008.
Municipal councillor of Longjumeau : Since 2008.
