H.E. Dr. Takuo Imagawa

H.E. Dr. Takuo Imagawa is Vice Minister for Policy Coordination at Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. With over three decades of experience in ICT policy, he has held key leadership roles, including Director General of the Telecommunications Bureau. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University and has an academic background in economics and policy-making.
