Contributions Taking Stock of IGF 2015 and Looking Ahead to IGF 2016

From the IGF Mandate and from my point of view, its seems that "Advising all stakeholders in proposing ways and means to accelerate the availability and affordability of the Internet in the developing world"; did not meet my expectations since in the case of some countries where Internet Infrastructure has been deployed, the cost has not yet changed, considering that most of these backbone infrastructure did not come in to serve communities a cheapest cost and affordability but came in to sustain Government budgets.
It is very important to review and advice on best practices!
About identifying emerging issues, bring them to the attention of the relevant bodies and the general public, and, where appropriate, make recommendations: Submission to relevant entities and Government especially working closely with PPP in each country by setting platforms of its submission.
About Contributing to capacity building for Internet governance in developing countries, drawing fully on local sources of knowledge and expertise; An Clear Neutral IGF Human Capacity Building and Development should be developed and linking it to National ICT Policies to support Governments.
Brief, reviewing the IGF Mandate and setting best strategies to achieve them is very important. The Mandate is very clear and nice but, how to exploit it is another issue.
Lastly increasing PARTICIPATION.
